Have been going to this place for over a decade now and am still surprised how excellent the food is. There are only two Chinese restaurants that I recommend to people, and this is first and foremost. The service is impeccable, the speed of the food is spot on (never too early or too late) and the price is just right. It’s these things that keep us coming back for all of these years.

Love Baoding - it is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in Charlotte. I can't get enough of their garlic chicken! The moo shu pork on the dinner menu is also delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly; I am treated like a long-lost friend when I return, even though it may only be a week (or a day... haha!) since I've dined there last.
