Doctor forgot some of my medications and also didn’t approve others he said he would on Tuesday, Pharmacy messaged twice on Wednesday, I messaged on Thursday as well as the pharmacy messaging again. When I called the receptionist said he doesn’t work every day and only 3-4 days a week so if something happens with your meds you’re out of luck. Natalie is fantastic. She listens to the entire situation and truly problem solves. I can’t recommend her enough! The entire staff are extremely polite and professional.
