I have been trying to see Christina since July 20th and had their staff call me to inform me that she is needing to reschedule. The first time was due to her family emergency, the second time for the following week July 27th for an illness. Same excuse for last weeks reschedule. Today they called me the day of, 3 hours before I'm to be evaluated. If it's an ongoing illness or emergency, I wish they had informed me that this may not be resolved within the next scheduled appointment or recommended to go somewhere else. I waste... read more

My therapist is wonderful but the billing team is horrible. I’ve had several issues with them the entire time I was a patient. There is no communication and no follow up. I loved my therapist, but not sure it was worth all the headache.
