Very cold, impersonal doctor. The preop exam for cataract surgery was actually very uncomfortable and he showed zero compassion while doing it. Then when I asked if scheduling the surgery could wait a month, he rolled his eyes and scoffed "I'm booked way past that" as if insulted him for not assuming he MUST be busy. To make matters worse, the center never called me to schedule the surgery. There are a zillion ophthalmologists to choose from and I found a much better one than Dr Truong, in Sanford. I'd avoid this doctor.
