Absolutely horrible service. I scheduled an appointment for noon and it took over two hours to see the dentist!!! It started out with the receptionist forgetting that I had signed in for the appointment. This receptionist was an old Vietnamese woman who spoke a lot and has brown hair. After half an hour, I finally made it into the x-ray room. It took another half hour for someone to take my x-rays. I've been going to Dr. Bao's office for several years now. I've had fillings, root canals, crowns, and wisdom tooth extractions here. Overall, I am very happy with his work. I highly recommend Dr. Bao to anyone who wants great service for a very reasonable price.
Terrible. Do not go to him. He ruined my front tooth. He is very nice, but unprofessional, and did not accept blame for what he did. Don't be attracted for how cheap he is. There is a reason for that.
I've been seeing Dr. Bao for a while. Overall good guy. A lot of experience.
Dr. Bao is very nice. We had a great time visiting his office.
