The food I ate there tonight was SO delicious! Not much on the menu jumped out at me, but my friend and I were sharing so we got an assortment. We got the asian slaw and a few different dumplings and they were all phenomenal. The dumplings that I thought I'd like the least ended up being the ones that I'll be getting again very soon (try the tofu, shiitake, carrot). Their flavor choices are perfect. I was sad to see The West End Deli move, but I'll definitely be stopping by here more often than I was before.
Amazing food. Atmosphere is great. Extremely over prices drinks that are only about 3 to 4 ounces.

I went for brunch on sunday and got the soup dumplings(xiaolong bao). Ive been craving these since thats all i ever get in new york's dumpling houses. first off they were A little expensive. I mean 9-13 dollars for soup dumplings isnt bad but when youre use to getting them for 3-5 dollars else where. When i had finally got the dumplings they were extremly small compared to the ones I usually get. plus, there were barely any broth in them. The dumplings were very doughy. Flavor was okay. I have eaten at Bao Bao a handful of times now and it never disappoints. The food is amazing and the selection of beers on draft is pretty awesome, too.
So delicious - the tea paired with my lunch just like a glass of wine, every bite was soooooo good! Can't wait to stop in for happy hour, the cocktail menu looks yummy!
My wife and I had lunch here today and absolutely loved it. The dumplings were top notch, and our server was excellent. I'll definitely be coming back very soon.
