What an amazing place!! Been here a few times when visiting family in Maine. The beef and yellow curry dumplings are our favorite! Unlike other reviewers, I love that they are paying their servers a decent wage with benefits! Our waitress, Delilah, was so amazing we opted to tip her in addition to what was on the bill already! Keep up the amazing work Bao Bao!
Always excellent including the service! Favorites are Cabbage Salad and Beef Curry dumplings with dynamite sauce!!!!
Why would you take away the incentive for your wait staff to work harder pleasing the customer for a bigger tip? Instead of instilling a "work hard for better pay" work ethic, you're simply coddling the lazy... That's very "social justice warrior" of you.

The best handmade dumplings in Portland. Amazing food for a light lunch at a reasonable price.
Searching for an inexpensive light Sunday lunch and found this jem!! From the moment we stepped thru the door it was a wonderful experience. Our waitress was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The food, there aren't words to describe how delicious it was. I will definitely be back, many times to try something new!
