Been here for about 3 years and it's been less than great. Rea, the building manager, does the bare minimum on any occasion when I need help with stuff such as stolen packages, others messing with my laundry, or broken systems such as a parking garage door being out of service for the past three years. Any time an issue comes up she brushes it off and give no resolution. Building itself is okay.

OK, disclaimer is I don't actually live at Buckman Terrace. This review is primarily about the incredible experience Rea, the senior leasing manager provides. She is very warm and friendly and makes you feel as though you have known her for years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough when showing her property. Apartments themselves are very spacious and well maintained. The location is great and a very nice athletic field backs up to the building. Living here I have no doubt is a treat. I’ve lived at Buckman Terrace Apartments for many years now, and honestly, it’s been a great place to call home. The building is clean, the location is super walkable, and the whole vibe is “I’m doing adult life, but like… in a manageable way.” Over the years, I’ve seen a lot of improvements, especially with how the place is run.
