Thanks Banyan! – When we were new to town we turned to Banyan to help us find a place to live. They showed us several properties and helped us get approved quickly. They really helped us and relieved the stress of finding housing.

Great – I have never had a problem with Banyan in the few years I have used them. They are very proactive and professional and that is why I never have a problem. The have much experience and use it to benefit me and my property.

Pleased Board – From daily management to long term strategizing, Banyan has been able to make the board of directories very happy. Their management services are very helpful and beneficial.

Very helpful – Christine goes out of her way to help the Board Of Directors whenever she can. She stared the procedures and now we and Banyan Property Management Company are making money that we both would not have if she had not started the program. There are many other things I could go into , but I think you know from the above that I am satisfied with Banyan and would not anyone but Christine as our Property.

Great service – I am on the Joggers Run Board of Directors and I deal with Banyan Property Management. every day. Most of the time with our Property Manager, Christine Blundon. She is very knowledgeable worker and has never not answered my question or taken care of a problem I submitted to her.

Above & Beyond – Banyan is able to complete management work for me that I do not even know how to complete. They are excellent and go above and beyond. They have been able to turn my building around for the better and I am forever thankful for their services.

Growth – Our community is in the process of a major overhaul including painting,landscaping,and other improvements. Banyan truly wants to see our community flourish.

God Awful – Our condo association, Sun Terrace at Lake Catherine, is managed by Terry Lankton, a Banyan employee. To call this individual unresponsive would be generous. Example: A large, half dead tree outside of my unit needs to be trimmed. After repeated contact it still is not done; instead I get "the board will look at it" or "I'll look at it the next time I'm over" as a response.
