I have been trying to get a problem resolved for more than a month in our community, which is not a rental one, with no success. Banyan Property Management has no idea how to run a community. They change the property manager every 6 months. Those managers are terrible, have no experience, and just sit on their hands and wait to get their pay check. They believe that "effective communication is the key measurement of successful property management", as said on their Web site. BS!!! They have NO COMMUNICATION skills. I send em... read more
I have been very happy with this management company. They are easy to reach and take care of maintenance and repairs quickly when the need arises.
They have been great! They never let me down and often out-perform my expectations. They are good at what they do and I appreciate their competent service.
I have been pleased with their response to questions and concerns. They are a wealth of knowledge and have an answer or solution for everything. My calls are always returned promptly.
Thanksa million! – The management here has been great to deal with and really seams to show concern for their tenants. I have been well provided for here and everything is great. Its the little things that make renting from them a little better than the rest.
