They neglect their properties and collect the checks. Nothing gets fixed. They lie to you and promise things they never actually do. I would rather live in 3rd ward than a Banyan community. Living conditions are horrendous. They don’t fix anything. They take weeks to respond to their own staff. It’s ridiculous
I've signed my contract and drove 24 hrs. to a complete disaster In mid drive management stated that they need to change the apartment unit instead they changed my contract from 1 year to a 3 year contract since I been at this resident I've experience rodents, insect infestations, shootings and break-ins and management changing every 6 months or so
