I tried really hard and had a bad experience here. I got a partial refund for the 3-part series I paid for after being told that I was going to have to pay $100 for missing an appointment due to illness. I am sorry that I won't be going back and made all future appointments at my dermatologist. It's not really about the cancelation policy as everyone has them, it was about the pain I felt during the micro-needling which was excessive. I had such a wonderful massage yesterday! exactly what I needed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made the whole experience feel comfortable right away. I absolutely love this place! It is in a strip mall, which some may look over, but let me tell you, you’re making a huge mistake if you look it over. I really mean it! The lobby is serene and beautiful. The manager and front desk staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly. Such a great experience! My injector Britt was incredible—so knowledgeable, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. I felt completely comfortable the whole time, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for—natural and refreshed. I’ll definitely be back!
