My friend got his ears pierced today they look great
My boyfriend bought me an 10k gold anklet with 10 beads on it, and within less than a month, 8 beads had fallen off. My boyfriend tried to exchange the product or get a refund, but customer service essentially told him to go screw himself. It's a shame, I really liked that anklet. This company is owned by the mall jewelry store monopoly, Signet Jewelers (they own Kay, Jared's, Zales, etc), who are generally known for being costume jewelry quality despite being advertised as real jewelry.
I bought my girlfriend an anklet that is photoed as having 10 gold beads on the chain, they immediately started randomly just falling off as she was walking around. For gold this is unacceptable workmanship it now only has two beads left and its been less than a month. I contacted their customer service and they told me to go screw myself.
