Martin had great costumer service with our 3 month olds ear piercing. He was very nice and informative.
Ky was completely helpful when calling from out of state to their kiosk about a chain and a charm fitting together. That is customer service right there!!
We went to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her birthday. Ky took great care of everything. We didn’t have any wait times, she was genuinely eager to help and make it a positive experience. Martin was great as well. Success!
