This is a bad company. I have bought a lot of jewelry and never had a problem until I bought an earring. It was lost and I can see in the photo that a UPS package is missing. It is the photo and I have been trying to contact the company for over a month and every time I spend hours on the phone and manage to get in touch with them they tell me to wait 10 days.
