I highly recommend getting your ears pierced by Banter By Piercing Pagoda in the kiosk at the Oaks Mall. Charlie pierced my first ear and was wonderfully patient and caring! TIFF pierced my second ear when I returned and she was very professional. Both explained in detail how to care for the piercings. Lastly, E.J. was terrific as he rechecked my ears after a month and gave me more tips!
Eardley is AMAZING!! I visited your store for a toe ring and left with a progressive account!!! He went above and beyond explaining the card and program. He felt like a friend giving me true and unbiased information. Even if I don’t buy anything I will visit bc he has a light that went beyond customer service. He’s a gem and you're lucky to have him and I’m fortunate to have experienced his service. Promote or give him a bonus!
