Literally the WORST manager I have ever experienced at any store in my life. Ever. Do NOT buy anything from these people. Brought a broken chain back under warranty and she told me “it’s not in the system” and the part that broke off had the stores “insignia” which is a lie considering the company name is not on any of the jewelry. She was more concerned it wasn’t real gold and not the item I had purchased. She told me there’s nothing she can do and didn’t offer any suggestions or ask me to check for a receipt or email.
