Update: Feb 06, 2024 I thought they were bad two years ago. Ever since the new dopey owner took over and made it Valiant, they have gotten worse. Their website is dreadful, the billing and invoices make no sense, and they screwed up my auto-pay and blamed ME! We are now shopping for a new supplier. I don't care the cost and time of replacing the "rental tanks". It's worth it to get rid of them! If I could rate them a ZERO, I would. Today is now the THIRD time Bantam has let us run out of propane...and we have only been custo... read more
terrible customer service. i called and told them not to deliver me any oil because i will be switching to propane. i went online and changed the tank to will call delivery. couple days later they deliver me 134 gallons of oil. hundreds of dollars worth. i call to ask why and the girl on the phone denied the fact that they even delivered any, meanwhile i am staring at an invoice from them and a now full tank of oil. they would not credit me for any of the oil. garbage company. actively looking for alternatives.
