I have used Dr.Robertson for many yrs an I couldn't have ask for a better vet or person she is amazing an her staff is so caring I would never use any other vet then Bannon Woods they r truly wonderful people
Not only have the Doctor's and staff of Bannon Woods taken exceptional care of my 15 year old fur baby, Deacon, they have taken care of my grandbabies animals as well. Recently one of their doggies had to have minor surgery, but the boys were very concerned about her during the day. We decided to call to check on her and Dr. Schmidtke sent a photo on our phone to alleviate their concern.
Overpriced, Excessive staff, fancy new building I helped pay for. Will not return ever !
Dr. Robertson & her staff are awesome! Thank you for putting up with our Warren, who can be a difficult patient to say the least! We appreciate all you do for animals.
This was my first visit since Dr Klopenstein retired. I was impressed. My Bruiser isn't a fan of strangers and can be difficult. Dr Schmidtke was very gentle and allowed me to help with the exam to minimize Bruiser's anxiety.
Dr. Robertson is an amazing vet. I never had a problem getting a same day appointment. She is so kind and gentle.
Dr. Robertson and staff have been a blessing to us! Thank you for everything you do!
