We had a horse colic and it was an emergency situation. We live almost an hour away from the hospital but when we contacted BW Dr Loryn Smith rearranged her entire schedule to get out to us as quickly as possible. She did a farm call on our boy treating him as much as she could in-field. We ended up needing to take him to their facility for medical mgmt. even during a pandemic they have everything figured out. not chaotic and safe. every employee had a mask on.
Adrienne and the other girls who do farm calls are amazing! They make you feel like family and always do their best to ensure your animal is well taken care of. I wouldn't want anyone else working with my animals.
all around pleasant experience
We cannot say enough good things about Bannon Woods! Every time we need them they come through big time! Today we took our sweet 3 day old baby goat and her momma in to get checked. Our baby goat has a number of congential abnormalities and Dr. Sarah was so helpful and patient. She explained our options and helped us make an educated decision regarding her future. We are so thankful for the awesome team at Bannon Woods!
The Staff was very compassionate. And showed me sympathy when they had to tell me the worst news ever about my dog/ furless baby Streaker. They also said they would call and check on him the next day. they never called!! They said the medication they prescribed him would give us a few more days with him. It did not. They said they drained fluid off his lungs. but his breathing never improved. So now I sit here wondering if they knew he was going to die on me. He barely made it threw the night. they killed my dog. with a rabies vaccine. dont use this place it's all about the money. I have been sick every day since then. I will never get to see my dog of 2 years old again.
