RecommendedAfter surgery & PT on a torn meniscus, I could not stand from a sitting position w/o serious pain & developed a pain-induced limp. The Orthopedic surgeon suggested a cortisone shot. I went to Dr. Allen for his Active Release Therapy stuff, after a couple of weeks of therapy and some home exercises he gave me, I can stand up without pain & walk off without pain or a limp. And I'm no longer looking for reasons not to get up off the couch.
You can tell that the doctor and staff are super personable, knowledgeable and on top of their game! Highly recommend!
Dr. Meersman did wonders for my stomach issues. He introduced me to an amazing probiotic & prebiotic. My stomach feels so much better & most of my symptoms are gone. He is super friendly, professional, & responded to me right away. Thank you Michael!!
Dr. John Hosten is extremely friendly and professional. You can tell that he has a passion for helping people feel better. Dr. Hosten did an excellent job explaining and illustrating what was causing issues that I deal with on a daily basis.
