Kelsey in the service department went above and beyond to help me out of a really tough situation when my engine failed and the warranty was denied, she went through all the steps to help me to get an engine at warranty cost. The level of communication was excellent and made a tough situation that much better with her bight personality. Thank you Kelsey for all the care and hard work you put in to help me!

Alexa did a really good job claiming warranty for my 2018 Tuscon engine.
Had to deal with an unexpected dreaded warranty issue, and was met by Alexa in service, who delivered an absolutely astounding and unequivocal five star service experience!!! Right from the very get go, Alexa was more than accommodating and did everything in her power to make the warranty experience and rental experience top-notch.
