Michelle was fantastic to work with! She was knowledgeable, open and transparent with my clients and had great communication with me during the whole process. She was always happy to help with anything we were requesting or had questions about. I hope to work with her more in the future!
We feel so so lucky to have found our new house! Lauren was so awesome from the second we walked in and her excitement over the house was infectious. She was so knowledgeable which gave us confidence in our choices. The whole team just seems to really love what they do and the community they’re building so we are excited to watch it grow. We have loved making this house a home and exploring all the fun parks/pools/walking paths in the area!
First, I want to say that my experience with the sales team was phenomenal. It’s clear they have highly competent, professional people in those roles. Additionally, the team members who have attempted to address the ongoing issues in our home have been helpful and responsive when engaged. That said, we’ve had some significant problems that shouldn’t occur in a new home. Most notably, our roof was not installed correctly.
