My wife and I recently purchased a home from Oakwood and we have nothing but amazing things to say about them! From the initial meeting with Bolo, working through interior designs, and all of the required paperwork, they were absolutely amazing. The team constantly communicated with us and made the process as stress free as possible. I would absolutely recommend this company and this team to anyone considering a home build/purchase. 10/10!!
I want to RAVE about the experience with Oakwood homes. Buying your first home can be quite the undertaking but the Colo Springs Oakwood team made it easy. Shiane was great to work with looking at options, walking houses, answering questions, and even reaching out when a house she thought I'd like came available. From that point through closing everyone at Oakwood and Nest home lending was great to work with, extremely helpful, communicative and made a tedious process significantly easier to go through.
We recently built a home with Oak wood in Banning Lewis ranch. The entire team that we worked with was amazing, but especially Bolo, Kevin, Samantha, and Stephanie as well with everyone that helped out in the background. Every question me and my wife had was answered right away and they made sure to give us updates multiple times a week. I will definitely be referring people to buy homes with this organization!
