Everyone is very nice and caring. They do a very awesome job. Dr. Aulakh is a really kind and relaxed man as well.
Dr. Aulakh is a great doctor, but sadly, his office is being dragged down by the toxic behavior of his office manager, Rachel. Here’s what happened to me: I was told to be prepared to pay cash for a visit, which I did, and then at the last second was told I couldn’t pay cash because I had insurance. I even offered to leave and cancel the appointment, but they insisted I stay and then tried to hold me accountable for the bill afterward. Very pushy on the phone and texting ??????????? when I didn’t answer their text immediately. Unprofessional and no longer interested in giving them business.
