I went to go get x-rays following an appointment the previous Friday. I was told I would get results the same day but never received a call. The next day I called and was told that they had called and left a message (they Had not) And the person who was answering told me the results of my x-ray were normal. When I downloaded the report later, I found that I had had a fractured rib. This seems unacceptable. A qualified person should have called and arranged for some sort of follow up.
Very professional and efficient treatment from the front desk through my treatment. Staff was caring and helpful. Dr. Romero was kind and skilled.
