Where to start with this bad review??? Not at all satisfied.! Started with someone at the clinic transposing my phone number, so Walgreens had no way to track the prescription the nurse practitioner was supposed to call in. We figured out the mistake, but after waiting an hour at Walgreens, we called urgent care back. The phone stopped ringing after 3 rings. Tried many times. Finally gave up and went home. I visited this urgent care and had a problem with the antibiotics that were given to me. They didn't give me enough and not high enough dosage. My infection came back in 2 weeks. I called and talked to someone at the front desk and explained my situation. I was told I needed to come back in and I would have to pay my co-pay again to be seen. I did not go and will not go again. the people that work the front desk do not care about anyone's situation and treat you like a number not a person. I had to go to another urgent care ... read more
Horrible service. Took our son in today who was complaining of a sore throat and a fever. Hos brother just had an ear infection, and it always follows that when one gets it, the other soon follows. Doctor never did any sort of assessment or even looked at him. He said it was covid and that now everyone has it in the family. Don't bother with this place, they will just say Covid without even doing any sort of actual medical assessment of the patient.

They didn't diagnose properly on some occasions, The receptionists and triage nurses were great though.. the lobby and chairs were GREAT.. When I called to speak to them about concerns with medicine the prescribed however, they were obnoxious and claimed that no Dr. worked there. I had to call back a few times and they weren't calling in prescriptions for things needed. The wait time was perfect..it wasn't too long. RecommendedNP Rosemary is very professional, we got there at 8:30 and they close at 9, they did not give us attitude because we kept them after hours.
They are actually pretty good at seeing you right away and pretty good about listening to what you have to say.
They treated me well and all help was very kind. Doctor was very good too.
I wouldn't use the urgent care ever again.
