had a 6pm appointment and the office was closed prior to 6pm. they even sent me a reminder text and a missed appointment text. i called them 3 times and no answer and the lights were all off and cars were all gone. they had a bs note on the door saying they had too many patients and it was for their safety. the office was locked and dark, no one in site at all. whoever was running the practice this evening had no common courtesy to call or text anyone back and let them know they would be closed. i got off work early and rush... read more
No body here but the wait is an hour or more. I don’t know if they’re partying inside or what. Kids are sick and need attention for god sake.
Wife and I went in there since she didn’t feel good. Office staff was pleasant. Everything was going well until Breckley Jones saw us... tested her for strep can back negative she said she could test her for the flu but she would treat her the same way even if it was a sinus infection... You know? We don’t know any better and learned a valuable lesson, force them to test for the flu from now on.. anyways we picked up her medicine and it’s two types of cough medicine. I normally would say I love this urgent care. Today, they fail. My husband went in with an unknown injury to one of his fingers, it's been swollen and painful for a couple days. Xray showed no breaks, thank goodness. But they refused to give him an anti inflammatory .... WHY??? 800mg ibuprofen (which he's already taking max daily amounts with no relief) and a wrist splint was not any help! RecommendedI am visiting from out of town and my four year old became really sick. This walk-in was closest to my location, and still open at 8:15 at night. THE ENTIRE STAFF was amazing. They were so calm and comforting to my sick child, answered all my questions and never once made me feel rushed or anything. They were extremely thorough in making sure my child was getting what was needed to make him feel better. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate feeling so cared for in a completely unfamiliar town and setting.
The staff was amazing and very caring. I was in pain and my problem was dealt with quickly.
