Poor customer service and wouldn’t call in a new antibiotic after I was violently ill after taking the medication twice. They did offer for me to come in and see another provider at my expense instead of just fixing the problem or offering to call in a medication for anti-nausea that would cause other side effects that make other health issues worse. you guys prescribed me over the counter medication for my ribs that are bruised and I'm in pain, absolutely no help I'll never go to you guys again Ever. They are trying to avoid putting a claim into my elderly father's Medicare. An automated system harasses him everyday to pay the bill himself. When he tries to call to speak to someone he can't. It's all automated with no option to speak to anyone. Avoid this place if you can.
This was our first experience with Banner Urgent Care. The staff was very polite and professional, we were extremely impressed. The facility was clean and squared away. Our son was triaged, sewn up with four stitches and discharged in under an hour!
Spacious and clean. Friendly, professional staff. In and out quickly. No wait at 8:20a Monday morning.
