I went in for flank pain which turned out to be a pulled muscle. They wrongfully charged me for a pregnancy test even though I never recieved one or told I was getting one? After calling 4 different times trying to get it removed from my bill they chose to ignore me and sent it to collections. They have the worst customer service and clearly find it okay to wrongfully charge you. Do not go here ever.
Walk in.... I signed in, there was only myself and another lady took about 10min not bad. Sever sinus infection saw the doctor right away friendly she called in for my prescription. Was very clean and very nice front desk young gentleman.��
Yesterday, Saturday, I was a walk (hobble) in. Only had about a 15 minute wait. The staff was attentive and very friendly. I had an infected heal from a thorn that I stepped on over the 4th. Had to get an incision to get it out then antibiotics for the infection. Today I'm feeling great. A very good experience. We will use you again if ever needed. Thank you!
It was fast friendly all in all a good experience to the doctor
Called ahead and was told there was a 15 min wait, only to get there and wait over an hour, then wait even longer in the room before finally being seen. The staff seemed to make no effort to try and be speedy. The medical staff was extremely friendly and helpful though.
Took my son in to evaluate for a broken foot; which he did have. Very friendly staff, clear communications, almost no wait, very clean.
