An hour in the waiting room, then an hour in the office... this place is an absolute joke.
The worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They leave u in a room for an hour just for them to come back and say they forgot about you ! The nurse said they are to busy but yet no one is in the lobby!
The took care of me, got me back on the road to recovery! Very nice front office person. Thank you I feel better
I was involved in a rear end hit and run crash. They didn't take xrays even when my neck made a crunching sound when I turned down my head during the exam. I know he heard it because my daughter who was further from me than the so-called P.A. Just prescribed pain meds and sent me home. Will definitely never return and absolutely will not recommend this place. It was a total waste of time and money. I should get a refund.
I will never go back there . Didn't do anything that I couldn't get done at my doctor. The nurse didn't want to draw blood where I needed him to . If the front office person wouldn't have done it then I guess I would have had to go somewhere else to get it done . Didn't tell me what was wrong . Sent me home with pain Med's . Didn't even ask if I could take them . I should have just stayed home and saved my money . I still have to go somewhere else to figure out what's wrong.
Excellent staff, short wait in waiting room, very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
