Went there for extremely chest pain waited an hour before going to the hospital because the Dr never came to see me. When I told the MA I was leaving because I needed help with my chest pain. She said “well I hope you feel better.” Didn’t get the Dr to see me or anything. Place wasn’t busy no one in waiting room.
RecommendedVery professional and efficient. Described the treatment I needed and the rationale for it. Arrived just before 8am and was in an exam room by 8:10.
They were all grest' fast friendly service from beginning to end!
The PA needs to be a little more empathetic. She was very uncaring, cold and brisk. I realize they are busy, but to supply a set of crutches and 4 Ibuprofen to someone who fell and damaged her knee, then tell her she can go to work is just plain wrong. On the other hand, the receptionist and the nurse were very helpful and kind.
I was recently here and id have to say ill never go back. I normally go to fastmed bc i dont have insurance so i avoid hospitals. But i went here bc it was close to my house. I was seen and given meds. Today i callef because i am feelinh worse instead of better and the staff was absolutely rude. Now im out 200 bucks and im missing work because they couldn't just see me again or give me different meds. Im so irritated at the lack of care these people show sick people. We've been to this location a few times and never had an issue until last week. My husband smashed part of his hand while at work and my son also needed to be seen for an ongoing cough. We got there at about 7:30 pm and there was no one in the lobby. We were not seen until 8:30 pm and even when we went back there were no other patients in the lobby. I ended up at this urgent care since FastMed has been uncontracted with ACHHS. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Jamie at the front desk is sweet and helpful. LOVED HER. The nurse I had was also very friendly. Dr Rust was okay, friendly and kind. But I got a lecture about cigarette smoking. We all know the health risks and I appreciate being cared for but i dont need to hear it every time i speak to health professional. All in all, im pleased with the care i received.
