The doctor accused me pretty much of being a drug addict. Cause I have a bad infection in my mouth. I'm a stay at home mom of an almost 5 year old boy. And can't afford dental. I will never ever go back to this urgent care again. Or take my son there. The doctors and the staff all have bad attitudes!! Poor customer service!!!
Had a worst experience at Banner urgent care 34th street today (April 24). Went there as my wife had a pain in her mouth. We had waited for 30 minutes in the lobby. Afterwards we were called and made to wait more than 1 hour. The PA had just one patient. After waiting there with my 5 year old and wife for more than 1 hour, the PA came in. She prescribed 2 medicines and then told would be back with the prescription. Again waited for 20 more minutes and finally the prescription arrived. Everyone was very nice and helpful and I was taken very good care of, in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this place,and return here if needed #! beats the heck out of an e.r. for mild to moderate issues #!
