Easy to make an appointment on line. Very friendly, professional staff. Fret they went out of their was to make me feel comfortable.
Great visit fast and efficient. The care team was very friendly.
Continuity of care, bedside manner and sense of urgency (ironic at urgent care) are all lacking. The post care instructions received resulted in two consecutive infections. The initial MD and the three following NPs never once aligned on post-visit care. Our health system is a mess and Banner takes no accountability.
