Very efficient care center.
My son went to this location with a bad ankle unable to walk, let them know it was popping and has zero movement. He was told it was a strain and would be fine in two days. No icing or anything recommend just stay off it as much as possible and return to normal duties in a week. A few days later with no improvement he went to another doctor who was surprised as she hasn’t seen anything like this in quite some time and this is a severely ruptured tendon and he should never have been walking on it without a boot. First warning side was there was no front desk assistance (empty desk) when I walked in and waited about 10 mins for someone to help check me in. After waiting a few minutes i decided to come back in the evening when it was less busy and reserve an appointment instead but as I went to collect my ID and insurance card after waiting 20 mins, the front desk girl only then decides to tell me Banner does not accept Bcbs?? Everyone from the desk to the Physician was very helpful
The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, listened, professional, and ordered appropriate medication. Then, unknowingly, an older lady in the office overruled and ordered a $70 prescription — which I refused. Otherwise, this facility is very good, and I appreciate having an Urgent Care available.
