I received good care and support staff. Great I’m less positive about being charged a co-pay one in the past four years going to this location. I have never received the co-pay before but here we are in 2025….
Dr Swanson is the doctor to choose for psychiatry needs. She spent two full visits getting to know me and evaluating for potential diagnosis.
I've been having all my health care needs handled at Banner since I came to Tucson and I'm very happy I chose Banner! Great people, great facilities and knowledgeable staff. They caught a cancerous tumor no one knew was there and removed it. Great work!
I’ve been going here for outpatient psych for awhile now. I was started on new antidepressants and was told to call if I ever needed anything. The meds started to dwindle after awhile so I made multiple attempts (calling the doctors main number and the front desk. Left voicemails too) This was a month ago and I still haven’t heard a single thing. I just want to feel better again and go up a dose. Shouldn’t be that hard to get a hold of anyone ESPECIALLY in a psych setting.
