Made an appointment weeks in advance for counseling that said would take my insurance, only to find out the copay was $300 at the visit. I was wondering why they didn’t say anything sooner, since that’s a large copay amount. The front desk was unhelpful and while the therapist did try and help, I still left super disappointed.
