First visit and turning 65 have 4 issues and this staff at Banner PC Rita Ranch was incredibly thorough. They removed an ear canal blockage, brain fog stopped & I can hear again! These women are true healthcare heros. Thank you everyone. I didnt have good healthcare for years & very greatful to have better health.
The turnover rate for Doc's is too high. Everyone I get scheduled with a doctor, wait 6-8 months for the first appt, that doctor is already gone and I have to wait another 6-8 months. I haven't been able to pin down a primary care doctor in years because of this issue. The next available appt they have available for me to get set up with another new doctor is December, 9 months out. Dr. DiMaggio canceled the appointment for our foster daughter today without notice — they texted to confirm the appointment, but couldn’t take the simple courtesy to do the same if extenuating circumstances required them to cancel. We live an hour away so not only was it a waste of my wife’s valuable time, but it was an expensive waste of gas. Dr. Villanueva and Christina, MA were wonderful. Great bedside manner, attentive, and kind. Christina gave me a vaccination and I didn’t even feel it! Dr. Villanueva is intelligent, proactive, listens and explains things well (e.g. Reasons for tests, plans moving forward, etc.). Front staff were also kind and efficient!
