Took off work and drove 1.5 hrs from Sierra Vista for an 11:00 appointment for my son today, they checked us in and confirmed the appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour we complained to the receptionist and was told the doctor wasn’t even in today. We had called yesterday to confirm the appointment as well. Thanks for wasting a whole day of my and my families time!
