Getting an appointment has been a nightmare. I made one with Dr Doe and one with Dr Gurasamy. Both made in the beginning of 2024. They both have been rescheduled multiple times and will now be ALMOST 2 years after making the appointment. This is so ridiculous I can’t even believe it. 2 years to see a doctor is the worst patient care I have ever seen! The staff doesn’t care either. No cancellation list either. Staff basically says too bad deal with it. There is no effort to correct their eternal issues.
Great experience with Dr. Doe and his entire office staff. They were professional, friendly and attentive to my issue. Highly recommend.
Excellent office and staff! Clean, quiet, efficient, helpful! Dr. Johnson is very thorough, intelligent and and listens to what you have to say. Shelby was great about having everything set for your appointment, and Yvette and Diane do a wonderful job of getting you set before and after the appointment. From someone who runs an office myself, I love seeing all of this in an office from start to finish!
This is just a GREAT office! Dr Doe and his staff were very friendly, professional and attentive to all of the details of the visit. I could not have asked for a better experience!
I was seen by Dr Doe at the Banner Family Medicine Clinic on Cortaro. My visit went well however, scheduling appointments is a disaster! You can't reach the clinic directly, appointments are made through central scheduling. Appointments are so hard to get that the usual wait time is 6-7 months or longer. At times they may be able to squeeze you in but again, the wait is usually 3-4 weeks. If I wasn't already a patient, I might consider other options.
