I was really looking forward to my appt at Banner OBYGN today, It's been extremely difficult to get seen anywhere else.Im currently 17 weeks pregnant and have not had an OBGYN appt until now due to long wait times elsewhere-so finally getting in today felt like a relief. My Appt was scheduled for 2:00 pm, and I made sure to arrive 15 mins early. However, finding parking and navigating through the large hospital took some time. Very rude receptionist actually yelled at me when trying to clarify why they can't schedule appointments out of Tuscon!
I checked in at the clinic desk at 3:15 on May 20, for a 3:30 appointment. I sat for an hour in the waiting area and missed my appointment because the woman at the front desk did not check me in. No apology. They offered me another appointment in two months which i politely declined. I sent a complaint via email but they've managed to ignore that too.
Terrible. Got imaging done at the beginning of the year. No results still. Called 1st time, they said doctor was on vacation, called 2nd time, they said they would call back with results and never did, called 3rd time and still no call back. This is over months after my appointment. They really suck, I didnt think it was possible to be this bad. Also everyone who answers the phone seems to hate their lives and just wants to hang up as fast as possible and tell you "someone will call you back"
