Stay away! Problems with billing. Problems with scheduling. I was referred to them by my PCP for an urgent skin issue. After two referrals they claimed they never received, I tried to make an appointment and they gave me one eight months away. Then three months from my appointment, they rescheduled it another six months out. So, my urgent issue wasn't going to be looked at until over a year after I first made the appointment.
Dr. Jedlowski is unimaginably compassionate. As someone who visits doctors nearly daily due to complex chronic illness and disability... I hardly ever get listened to, helped, and understood to even a fraction of what Dr. Jedlowski offers. If I was facing a serious dermatological issue, I'd be proud to have such an educated person as my physician. This was a wonderful office and clinic I didn't know about. I had a fairly easy time getting an appointment with my doctor. She addressed all my concerns and questions. Highly recommended 2 years plus ago. Things have changed here my husband and I lost 2 of our primary care doctors in a year and now have to wait to see a doctor over a year. My husband 2 years. I removed 2 stars
Dr. Fazel, Nina (Medical Assistant) and the front desk staff provided great customer service. My case was exceptionally difficult as there were three growths, one being a pre-diagnosed melanoma which had grown. It was a good experience as I was kept informed of what was happening; everyone was competent and knowledgeable. Not ever coming back. Skin tags are cosmetic insurance doesn't cover them. Had two frezzed but nothing happen.
