Avoid if possible. Horrible policies that are getting worse by the day. I'll be looking elsewhere from here on out. I may even have to move considering their near monopoly on health care in the Tucson area. So disappointing. Do yourself a favor and avoid filling out their surveys because they fall on deaf ears. They have no semblance of caring about you.

Fraud billing. Billed me for two office visits on same day. Billing manager would not help. Went for Medicare first visit. I have no other issues. Banner and this clinic has no help with billing issues. At my visit they told me it would be covered by Medicare. Been with Banner for decades never had such fraudulent charges. Shame on Dr. Puthenveetil for such unprofessional and deceptive practices.
