The care team here do not care about their patients and they are so rude. Go anywhere else for your care they do not care about you here
Dr. Pennquite is very thorough and caring but now I'm looking to change my endocrinologist from Banner. Their office staff doesn't seem to understand that ordering diabetic supplies is something that is urgent for most Type 1 diabetics and Chart notes are the key to getting them ordered and sent out. Medicare requires a Dr. Visit every 90 days before they will release ordering our supplies with a requirement of only having enough for 10 days. And Chart noises from my most recent visit. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Banner Endocrinology needs to be shared because it directly impacted my ability to receive medical care. I was referred to endocrinology by both my PCP and my oncologist due to significant hyperthyroidism, elevated thyroid antibodies, and concerning symptoms (heart racing, dizziness, vision issues). I’m a new patient of Dr Martinez. She was very friendly and extremely thorough. She took her time with me going over my lengthy history. She gave me orders for follow-up bloodwork in 2 months. And she will call with results.
I'm unsure if this place is still open. We have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks but yet none of the numbers online are working. We have been going here for about a year now and have very little good to say. Currently we are doing our third trip to Mexico because even when you do talk to a human there, any action on prescriptions is at a snail's pace. There are a number of alternatives in the area, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this clinic.
