Do not go to Alvernon primary care. My last appointment end with the doctors saying " we've spent too much time on this appointment" AND worse is one doctor said take aspirin or ibuprofen EXCEPT I have an NSAID allergy. Have not taken NSAIDs since age 15 when it landed me in the hospital with a 104 degree temp, rash, and vomiting.
Overall, this clinic is friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable being there. I feel valued as a patient and able to have all my questions answered, if not at my visit, through messages on the Banner patient portal site. Dr. Robert Fernandez takes the time needed to listen and explain thoroughly all medical issues with me. I am happy I chose this Doctor.
All of the staff I met with were friendly and caring, and went above and beyond to gather answers to my questions. Highly recommend!
It was my first visit to this particular building. Easy to find and good parking.
