I have never had surgery before, and I have to say this place made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. From the check in staff to the nurses and surgery team, everyone that I encountered was extremely kind, caring, and informative. My intake nurse, who gave me my IV, was very old and made me a lil nervous, but overall got the job done after a few tries. My Dr, her nurses and her team were fantastic. If it weren't because this is the place my obgyn has for surgery I would never set foot here! The actual surgical team and nurses were great. Unfortunately the Customer service reps before the surgery, that I called back to have some questions answered after paying almost 5k upfront were as RUDE as you can get! Cathy and Carrie are two disgusting human beings that have no care for patients and speak just because they have a mouth to do so.
