My Last name is Chapman now. I had a surgery yesterday with Dr Woods and Anestisia Dr England. I had alot done my whole L sinus was full of a polup. I could not breathe l. I had been suffering for 2 years with so much mucus and sleepless nights. The point is i needed a full a full removal from behind the eye to my forhead. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible care from start to finish!"This was my first time having surgery here, and I was incredibly nervous. From the moment I walked up to the front desk, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Every nurse and doctor took the time to explain exactly what to expect at each stage of the procedure. The female staff were very nice. However, my wife had an incredibly painful procedure almost 2 weeks ago that she is still suffering from. We were not told what to expect. It wasn’t until after her surgery that we were told we’d need to purchase several things we were unaware of (I.e., humidifier , saline solution, etc). I tried to speak with her surgeon prior to the surgery. He did not give me the time of day. He was very dismissive. I had nasal surgery a week ago at the Tempe location . Dr. Biello and all the medical staff were fantastic. Jennie, Brooke, Shannon, Vicki, Marisol, Haley, Sabrina and Simon all took great care of me from the time I stepped through the door until they wheeled me out 3 hours later. They did a great job setting clear expectations about what would happen, what I would experience, what I would not have to worry about and good ole fashioned common sense answers to my many questions.
