Great doctors and surgery team. However this office refuses to answer or return phonecalls. The staff makes speaking with or getting messages to your doctor almost impossible, even in person for patient debriefing immediately following surgery. The office did not even contact me when my wife finished surgery while I was waiting outside the lobby door. Staff was all super nice
I recently had an outpatient, turbinate reduction surgery performed by Dr. Robert Woods. The staff was welcoming and accommodating as I was prepped for surgery. Dr. Woods was very thorough in explaining the procedure/recovery and he put me at ease with wry his sense of humor. The surgery proved to be very successful. My nasal breathing is better than it has been for decades.
Great little outpatient surgery center. The staff is very efficient and friendly which makes the experience almost fun. Geena was great at walking me through the pre-op procedures and very knowledgeable with reflective listening. ♌️
