I applaud the great care and awesome staff at the Banner Surgery Center in Tempe. The care and empathy they provide is unmatched. My experience was so special from my nurses to the very caring surgical team. Thankyou for being the best!

Illegal billing practice from billing manager for banner surgery tempe facility In Phoenix said if they don't collect deductible estimate where insurance has not even processed facility claim then can't get surgery. Found in-network surgery center is generally not allowed to decline a patient for not paying their deductible and coinsurance upfront, as network contracts with insurance companies typically prohibit them from denying care for this reason. This was my first surgery, so I had no idea what to expect but everyone here starting at the front desk was so friendly, so informative about the whole process and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Dr. Woods is an absolute rockstar of a surgeon, my pre-op nurse thoroughly answered all my questions while getting me set up and was just a genuine person. Thank you to all the staff members for giving us excellent service. My daughter is 3 years old and she was a bit scared but the staff treated her so wonderful she was no longer scared and was taken to the back with no problems. She’s resting now at home. She had her tonsils removed and surgery went well. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this place.
