I received a total of 15 emails and text messages this morning from Banner asking me to do various things for my upcoming surgery appointment. The harassment was so bad that I finally had to block the text messages and emails so I won’t be so disrupted at work. It seems to me like you could send one email and one text with a list of all the things that need to be done instead of multiple emails and text asking to do one thing at a time
Just had a total knee replacement (5/15/25) @ Banner Gateway. It was the best medical experience I have ever had. To my doctor, Michael Domer, my pre-op nurse Michelle, my post op nurse (unfortunately I lost your name), my anesthesiologist, surgery nurse, and all those behind the scene or helped me while I was under anesthesia, thank you!
