This place was amazing. They let me know everything that they were doing before they did it. They made sure I understood everything. And everyone that spoke with me was so very kind.
They don't actually treat you for injury. They have communication issues with attorneys and insurance. You 2 minute appointment will consist of where is your pain, what level of pain and see you in 4 weeks. You don't actually see a doctor either. It's a nurse practioner and other doctors that work 1 day a week if that for az injury specialist and have offices elsewhere. I had lumbar surgery here on July 25th, 2023 performed by Dr Timothy Luke of Sonospine. The entire experience could not have been any better, and I've had 12 surgeries during my lifetime so I have something to compare to. Everyone at Banner was friendly, compassionate and professional and actually made the entire experience enjoyable. This Surgery Center is the best I have been to in a very long time and I did not have to go an hour to 1 1/2 from home to get my procedure done. Everyone was respectful of my privacy and and they took great care of me.
