I had a total knee replacement done at this facility and I highly recommend that others will choose to have their surgery done here. The anesthesiologist was compassionate and I have no memory of anything that happened after he put some sedation in my IV during pre-op until I woke up in recovery! The nurses were all very kind - they offered me a warmed blanket BEFORE I even asked! I was able to walk with a walker before I was discharged. I had the best experience with my surgery at this location. The communication prior to my surgery was excellent. I received phone calls prior to my surgery with explicit instructions which made things easier for me. The morning of my surgery, I was greeted by the wonderful receptionist. Once taken back, the excellent care and compassion continued. The staff is AMAZING! Surgeons, always shake your patient’s hand just before you leave pre op. You can wash your hands later when you scrub in if you’re scared of germs. We patients trust our lives into your care and whether you like us or not, make sure that personal connection is in place, not just the procedure you plan to do. Our experience at Banner Surgery Center was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Larson and the entire surgical team provided outstanding care for my wife before, during, and after her procedure.
