Banner is the absolute worst facility ever. They'll schedule you for a procedure not actually knowing if your insurance is in network and expect you to pay an obscene amount of money for a self pay surgery. The people in charge of this place gracefully informed me l'm not the only person that has been told they're in network and then expect to pay a $4,300 out of pocket "discounted" fee due to NOT ACTUALLY BEING IN NETWORK. Banner is the reason l've been dicked around for a MONTH for surgery between different doctors. DONT c... read more

What an amazing experience! My 10 year old had surgery today on his hand and Dr Drace is just unbelievable! Best bedside manner and such a knowledgeable surgeon! I knew my son was in amazing hands with her, easing his fears with the IV and everything! The nurses were amazing with him and me! I even had an encounter with the nurse manager and she was incredible! The only slightly abrupt and blunt interaction I had was with the front desk employee, not explaining things very well and was just very short and blunt. But, other t... read more
I had foot surgery with Dr Rinniker and a fantastic team of young compassionate people. I can’t say enough good things about my team and how easy the surgery was. My nurse called to follow up and honestly in the short visit was actually fun. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing surgery!!
