Wonderful experience. Have previously not had great interactions with Banner but this center is doing a fantastic job. Front desk - very welcoming and competent. I was called by Banner prior to the procedure and asked to pay a large dollar amount, the person on the phone was unable to explain why this amount was different from what my insurance was telling me and, I believe, made up an excuse to get the money and get me off the phone. The care I received from walking in to walking out was exceptional. Everything was explained very thoroughly to me. My friend that stayed with me offered a suggestion if perhaps a coffee station could be set for others. Thanks so much!!
Highly recommend this center! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the nurses and docs were sooo incredibly nice and completely attentive! It was my first surgery, so I had some anxiety about it, but the sincerity of all of the staff made a huge difference in the experience!! Thank you Dr. Kim and everyone at the center!
