Predatory company preying on older folks. They ripped my parents off. Don’t use them and buyer beware, they did my parents the old “foot in the door” selling them 2x what they asked for.
We just had our roofs replaced. Prior to that, I requested quotes from 3 East Bay area roofing companies. Banner was the same as one of the other quotes at first glance. The first thing that impressed me was the fact that they said no, I did not need new gutters. That alone saved me 9k. Secondly, while the other quotes were charging extra for chimney flashings, and vent flashings, Banner roofing did not charge me for any of them.
