Well had my motor rebuilt, wanted it for April 1 of 2025, it's now August 8/25 and motors in & done but still no word on what mechanic forgot to do, because coolant is still getting oil. If I could a negative 5 star review I would. Oh and the lack of communication, we won't even get into that.
We called from out of the area looking for a side by side. Braiden helped us locate a vehicle at another dealership and reserve it for us immediately. He also went above and beyond to help us with the delivery. Was truly a great experience and would highly recommend them if you're looking to buy something they sell!
Brandy was super friendly and helpful from the very start. Ensuring I picked the right bike for me and got me out the door quick! A true master salesperson.
Great parts person
Bought a bike just before Canada Day weekend. I spoke to Braiden bloor and he was amazing to work with. Got me exactly what I was after without being pushy to change my mind from what I wanted and upselling me. He answered all my questions and concerns. When I need to upgrade I will be back to banner lethbridge and will be sending all my friends and family Braiden’s way or at the very least the banner lethbridge location. Great staff and helpful service department. 10/10 will be back.
