Very disappointed in lack of information from salesperson. We went there with our contractor to finalize our purchase which took about 15 minutes. The delivery was made to our condo. When I went down to open garage I was told I (senior citizen) was told I would have to unload the 44 boxes and take them to the 4th floor, as they only bring order to garage door.
