MICHELLE WAS MORE THAN ACCOMONDATING IN HELPING US COME UP WITH GREAT IDEAS TO REDO A BATHROOM. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NEVER RUSHED US WITH ALL OUR QUESTIONS.
We have had a terrible experience with them. Gave them a time frame for which we would need the vanities. They agreed that they could get it done. When we called they said it would take 4 additional weeks from what we talked about No communication from sales rep about counter tops. Banner said the counters would take a week after all this. The company doing the counters said at least 10 days to fabricate then they would call. This is a company that will focus on selling and not producitwhat is promised.
I went to Banner Plumbing Supply in Buffalo Grove, IL to purchase a kitchen faucet yesterday (July 9, 2026) , What I encountered is rare in today’s business environment to forgo a sale to help their customer.
