DO NOT GO TO BANNER OCOTILLO During a midnight checking at the Banner Ocotillo Emergency room, the receptionist was both unprofessional and unreasonable. When I arrived at the hospital I checked with the Emergency Room receptionist to see if my spouse had arrived in transport via Ambulance. The receptionist was incredibly rude and barked that I should sit in the waiting room and she would notify me when my spouse arrived.
